The condo was really clean when we got there, which is the biggest thing for me. I think we arrived a little earlier than I had in my head, or maybe I just mixed up the check-in time, but either way the place was ready and looked great. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, even the corners all seemed well taken care of.
Check-in was easy once I figured out what time it actually was, but the cleanliness is what stood out the most. No weird smells, no sticky counters, nothing that made me feel like I needed to wipe everything down first. I’d definitely book with Hilton Head Properties R&R again.

I’d stay here again just for the beds. i slept great every night. The mattress was soft and cozy without being too squishy, which is weirdly hard to find in rentals. Definitely one of the comfier places I’ve stayed

The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed. Pots, pans, coffee maker, all of it was there. It made it really easy to come back after long beach days and just make dinner without any hassle.

The rental was in a really convenient spot, which I definitely appreciated. I kept thinking, okay, location is a big plus here. But once we settled in, a few things just felt a little tired. The couch had seen better days, some of the kitchen items were worn, and one of the bathrooms could have used a better cleaning. It didn’t ruin our trip or anything, but for what we paid, I guess I expected the place to feel better maintained. Overall, it was fine, but not quite what I hoped for. 3 stars from me

We’d been trying to figure out a simple Hilton Head trip for a while and mostly just wanted something low-stress, especially with getting in, unpacking, and not having to drive all over for the beach. The area ended up being really nice, the beach was close enough to make it easy, and the condo was clean when we arrived. Check-in details were also straightforward, which I always appreciate after traveling. Overall, booking through them worked out really well, and I’d definitely use them again.

My first impression was that the place was basically what I expected from the listing. The rooms and layout matched the photos well, so I didn’t feel misled right off the bat.

That said, I noticed quickly that a few things looked a little more worn in person. Some of the furniture felt older than it appeared online, and the view definitely wasn’t as impressive as the pictures made it seem.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay at all. I just think the listing could be a bit more honest about the current condition, but I’d still probably consider booking with them again.

We stayed at one of their Hilton Head rentals, the amenities was better than I expected. The pool was clean, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and having beach gear there saved us from having to buy a bunch of extra stuff.
